How do I install OVAI Chatbot on my website?

Solution:
  1. Sign up for an OVAI account
  2. Go to Dashboard → Integration
  3. Copy the JavaScript code snippet
  4. Paste it before the closing </body> tag on your website
  5. Your chatbot will be live immediately

How do I customize the chatbot appearance?

Solution:

You can customize your chatbot through the Dashboard:

  • Change colors to match your brand
  • Upload custom logo
  • Adjust positioning (bottom right/left)
  • Set custom welcome message
  • Configure operating hours

Troubleshooting

Chatbot is not appearing on my website

Possible Solutions:
  1. Clear your browser cache and refresh the page
  2. Ensure the JavaScript code is placed before </body> tag
  3. Check if there are any JavaScript errors in browser console
